Rented from them three years in a row. Booking our cart is always a breeze. When we pick up the cart from their store it’s always ready to go, clean, and in great shape. This year they added glow and my grandkids loved changing the colors of the lights.

Cancellation requests made within 10 days of the start date will not be refunded.
Cancellation requests made 10+ days prior to the start date, regardless of the reason, will incur a $50 cancellation fee to offset the loss we incur on processing fees for reservations already placed.
If we need to recall your cart due to a hurricane or other unforeseen issue, we will issue a prorated refund for days you prepaid for but couldn’t use. If you operate the vehicle in violation of the law, including: driving on US Highway 98 (four lane 45mph road that runs East/West), are observed using the cart without seat belts, or if you are observed transporting children 3 or under without a cart seat, your cart will be confiscated and your refund for unused time will be $0.
One last bit of fine-print: as expressed at the time of booking, ensuring your rental neighborhood allows golf carts is your responsibility. We want to honor our neighbors so PLEASE confirm with your property manager before your reservation begins! If we're found in violation and are contacted by an HOA to repo our vehicle, no refund will be issued you. To review which neighborhoods do not permit rental carts, click here.
Note that we do not consider stranded carts due to dead batteries an emergency. Lost keys are also not an emergency. We will care for your group’s non-accident-related needs during normal business hours, unless there is a crash or theft involved. Thank you for allowing us to focus on you and your family during the day and on our own family in the evenings.
